How to use
The main rule: on a pair with a signal, we suggest looking at trades in its direction. Entry, stop and take profit are yours.
What is on each screen
The blocks of each screen in order, top down. The screens go in the same order as in the menu.
Overview
On top is the week: this one or the two past ones. The three cards (the pair of the week, the daily background and the next strong pair) and the currency bias for the week open on a paid plan. Below are your pairs: click a pair to open its card. The last block is the upcoming important figures for the currencies of your pairs.
Pair analysis
On top is a switch between your pairs. "The week and the daily background for the pair" is on a paid plan; under it, the pair's history week by week. Below: the upcoming important figures for the pair's currencies.
Weekly signal
On top: the pair of the week and why it was chosen. "All pairs of the week": the direction on each pair, the strength (how much stronger one currency is than the other) and the run: how many weeks in a row the pair has had the same signal. "Weakly for long / short": the currencies are close in strength, the bias is smaller. "How to use": how to work with the signal. "Past weeks": how many pairs got a signal; click a week to see those pairs.
Calendar
On top is the period: yesterday, today, tomorrow, last, this or next week, your own dates; the arrows page back and forward. Filters: impact, currencies, hide past. The table has the time, currency, event, previous value, forecast, actual and deviation. Before the release, the deviation column shows what happens to the currency if the figure comes out above or below the forecast; after it, the actual minus the forecast. A green actual came out above the forecast, a red one below. Click an event to open its card.
Event card. Before the release: what happens to the currency if the figure comes out above, below or in line with the forecast. After it: the actual, the deviation and the reading for pairs. Below: past releases.
What a paid plan opens
- Long or short on all 45 pairs for the current week, ready by the Monday open.
- The whole history: any week, any pair and currency, runs of weeks in a row.
- Pro mode: the analysis screens.
Currency bias
The bias shows which of the ten currencies are stronger this week and which are weaker. We suggest looking at trades with a strong currency against a weak one.
- Place 1–10 is the order of the currencies for the week. Look at the pair as a whole: a currency in 3rd place is usually stronger than one in 9th, even if it is falling itself.
- The further apart the two currencies of a pair are in the list, the stronger the bias on the pair. Pairs with a clear bias get the weekly signal. The pair of the week is the strongest currency against the weakest.
- Entry, stop and take profit follow your own system. The bias only suggests the side.
- "Weakly for long" or "weakly for short": the currencies of the pair are close in strength. The side is the same, but the bias is smaller than for pairs with a signal.
- The daily background, currency scores, factors, COT, risk appetite and seasonality are reference data. The direction for the week is in the bias.
What the words on the screens mean
- The pair of the week is the most confident idea of the week.
- Strength is how much stronger one currency of the pair is than the other. A longer bar means a stronger signal.
What the system does not do
- It does not say when to enter and exit: fundamentals work for weeks, and the entry point is found on the chart.
- It does not trade and gives no signals for automated trading.
