What data Edge keeps about you, why, and what you can do about it.

Last updated 4 November 2026

1. Who handles the data

The data is handled by the operator of the EDGE Fundamental service ("we") to run the edgefundamental.com site.

2. What we keep

  • Account: email, name if you gave one, a hash of the password (we do not have the password itself), language, time zone and screen settings.
  • Security: the IP address and browser of each sign-in, sign-in time, the 2FA secret encrypted, recovery codes as hashes.
  • Telegram, if you linked it or took the free day: the chat number and your Telegram name.
  • Payments: amount, coin, status and the invoice numbers at the payment service. We have no bank card details.
  • Browser notifications: the subscription address your browser gives out.
  • Feedback: the message, the page, the browser and the window size.
  • Technical logs: IP address, page and time of a request. One-time links are logged with the token hidden.

3. Why

  • So you can sign in and use the site under your plan.
  • For security: protecting sign-in and spotting suspicious attempts.
  • To open access after payment and remind you when a period ends.
  • To send the alerts you turned on.
  • To answer messages and fix bugs.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site sets one cookie, edge_sid: it keeps you signed in and protects forms. Browser storage keeps small view settings: whether the menu is collapsed and when the free day offer was shown.

There are no advertising or analytics counters now. If any appear, we will update this page and ask for consent where it is needed.

5. Who we share it with

  • The payment service: the amount and the invoice number, to take the payment.
  • Telegram: the messages you asked to get there.
  • Your browser's notification service: the notifications themselves.

Emails (email confirmation, password reset, reminders) are sent by the site's own mail server. We do not sell data or pass it to advertisers.

6. How long we keep it

Account data stays while the account exists. Records of payments and security events are kept longer: they are needed for accounting and protection. Technical logs are kept as long as security and fixing outages need them.

7. What you can do

  • In your profile: change the password, the time zone and time format, close other sign-ins, turn alerts on or off, unlink Telegram.
  • To change your email, learn what data we keep about you or delete the account, message us. We delete the account and its data, except the records of payments and security.

8. How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, the 2FA secret is encrypted and sign-in attempts are limited.

9. Changes

A new version is published on this page with the date at the top.

10. Contact

Questions about your data go to [email protected], to THE EDGE Telegram group or through the "Feedback or a bug" form in your account once you sign in.
