1. The parties

The EDGE Fundamental service at edgefundamental.com is provided by the operator of the EDGE Fundamental service ("we"). A user is anyone who opens the site, signs up or pays for access ("you").

2. The service

Edge is an analytical tool: an economic calendar, currency scores, the week's direction, scenarios and readings of releases, alerts.

All of it is information for your own analysis, not investment, financial or tax advice and not an offer to buy or sell any instrument. Trading decisions and their consequences are yours. Trading, especially with leverage, carries a high risk of losing money; past results do not guarantee future ones.

3. Your account

• The account is personal: do not share access and keep your password to yourself.
• The site's materials are for subscribers only: copying, forwarding, publishing them and collecting them with programs, bots and AI agents is prohibited.
• If these terms are broken, we may restrict access.

4. The free day

Joining THE EDGE Telegram group gives 24 hours of full access from the moment you confirm your email: once per Telegram account and once per email address. After the day, access goes back to free.

5. Price and payment

• The price is the one shown on the Price page at the moment you pay; it goes up over time.
• Payment is in crypto through a payment service. We do not take or keep bank card details.
• 30 days of access open once the payment is confirmed for the full amount of the invoice. A partial payment does not open access.
• There are no automatic charges: each period is paid separately. Renewal is at the price of the day you pay; if the current period is still running, the new one starts at its end.

6. Refunds

A paid period is not refunded: before paying you can look at the site for free and take the free day. If access did not open after a confirmed payment through our fault, message us: we will open access or return the payment.

7. Data and availability

The data is collected from public sources and may come late and contain errors. The site is provided "as is": we try to keep it available, but breaks for updates and outages can happen. The set of sections may change.

8. Liability

We are not liable for your trading decisions, their results or lost profit. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; a new version is published on this page with the date at the top. By using the site after a change you accept the new version. A period already paid for runs to its end.

10. Disputes

First message us: most questions are settled in writing. If no agreement is reached, a dispute is settled with each user separately, under the law that applies to that user, in the court that law points to. You agree to resolve a dispute individually and not as part of a class or group action.
